PAT CORNELISON, LT '93

Pat Cornelison, CEO and founder, has more than 30 years successful multidisciplinary, multilevel management leadership and consulting experience in Fortune healthcare corporations. She has held management leadership positions in six hospitals and has consulted with more than 60 hospitals ranging in size from 65 to 700 beds, as well as with attorneys, physicians, physician groups, multinational corporations, foreign government sponsored projects and other business entities.

Prior to joining the ranks of healthcare executives, Ms. Cornelison held management positions in the paramedical discipline of clinical laboratory, serving as director of hospital clinical laboratories; regional clinical laboratory consultant and corporate clinical laboratory process manager.

Ms. Cornelison is a trained mediator and a graduate of the Harvard School of Public Health Advanced Program in Health Care Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.
